Fun Facts: Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my family, caring for my ever-growing collection of houseplants, and getting outside whenever I can. I’m the kind of person who notices mushrooms on a walk, enjoys meaningful conversations over small talk, and finds joy in learning how people experience the world differently. I believe curiosity is one of our greatest strengths, and I try to bring that same sense of warmth, humor, and curiosity into every session.
