Employment Type: Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)
At Wasatch Family Therapy, we believe the client experience begins long before the first therapy session. As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people clients interact with, helping them feel welcomed, supported, and connected to the therapist who best meets their needs.
We're looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, and enjoys building relationships while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and is able to manage multiple responsibilities while creating a positive experience for every client.
Responsibilities
Coordinate client scheduling and appointment management
Match new clients with therapists based on their needs, preferences, and availability
Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails in a warm, professional manner
Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing
Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation
Provide general administrative support to the clinical and office teams
Help create a positive, welcoming experience for every client who contacts our practice
Qualifications
Required
Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
Proficiency with computers and common office software
Preferred
Administrative or office experience
Experience working in healthcare, behavioral health, or another medical setting
