Group Therapy

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a shared experience with others who are working through similar issues. Led by a trained therapist, group therapy allows to share your healing journey and experiences an to know that you “are not alone”, and allows you to “practice” new relationship and emotional skills in a supportive and contained environment. Groups are an excellent relationship and emotional management laboratory.

In group, not only do clients receive tremendous understanding, support, and encouragement from others, but they also gain different perspectives, ideas, and viewpoints. Group therapy, like individual therapy, is a powerful vehicle for growth and change, and can help you gain support, increase your self-awareness, and learn new ways to cope with personal or interpersonal challenges.
