I believe that everyone is the expert of their own life; counseling can help individuals and families navigate and understand this expertise. We cannot always choose the experiences life hands us, but we can choose how we respond and grow within these experiences.
Rachel Radandt, CMHC Intern

Everyone faces a variety of conflicts and situations in life that can become overwhelming. I believe that everyone is the expert of their own life; counseling can help individuals and families navigate and understand this expertise. We cannot always choose the experiences life hands us, but we can choose how we respond and grow within these experiences. As a therapist, I aim to empower individuals, couples, and families to embrace their own lived experiences, strengths, and goals by using a collaborative approach. Life can be overwhelming but within us all there is the ability to adapt to any circumstance and embrace with love the person we are within.
