" The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." - C.G. Jung I look forward to helping you on your journey and improving your life.
Jordan Meyer, CMHC, Farmington Director

Every human being shares in the desire to be loved, the need to feel like they matter, and the sense that they belong. Factors such as trauma, expectations, and negative beliefs, often leave us not able to see our true beauty and worth inside all of us. As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I want to walk with you in the journey to re-discover your true self, and help you re-connect to the beautiful person you know you are.

There are many competing factors in our lives that promise happiness, and fulfillment, yet often we are left still wanting and needing a deeper lasting happiness. Through the process of finding one’s true self and learning to live in alignment with the values of the person you want to be, you will be able to live with more hope, walk through life with more faith, and create moments of more meaning and purpose in your daily lives to truly find the lasting joy in life we all search for.
