I view myself as a passenger on a tour, and the client acts as the guide of the tour with no perceived image of what to expect as the client shares life experiences. I consider it a privilege to be a part of the journey, honor the client’s experience, and work to engage with clients in an authentic manner that provides a safe, healthy, and supporting environment. I aim to assist individuals, and families, heal mentally and emotionally while honoring and respecting the individuals and the families with whom I work.
